At the restaurant “Zur Goldenen Birn”, you can look forward to a culinary journey through the centuries, reimagined by head chef and head pastry chef Jan Eggers (Gault&Millau Pastry Chef of the Year 2024 | Der große Guide Pastry Chef of the Year 2025) and sous chef Manuel Ulrich.

We serve long-forgotten dishes and old recipes in our new fine-dining restaurant as a grand gourmet menu with a modern twist. The inspiration for creations such as Blanc Manger and the ‘Potato King’ comes from old recipe records of the Habsburgs, as well as culinary traditions and anecdotes from the Austro-Hungarian crown lands.

We reserve the right to adjust prices in the event of changes to the menu or the wine pairing.

Our evening menu is served from Thursday to Saturday; bookings can be made between 6.00 pm and 7.30 pm.
